DISCLAIMER: Once the package leaves our warehouse it becomes a property of the shipping company (FedEx). EASYWELLBEAUTY is not responsible for any shipping issues as delivery delays, missing or damaged packages. We do not control these carriers nor do we have any special privileges, information, or "ins". Please understand we are not able to provide any more information than provided by your tracking information, nor are we able to control, manage or change how packages are handled by the carrier after pickup from our facility, during transit, as well as delivery. In the event you are unable to locate your delivery please contact the carrier first as they are best able to help you. Please contact carrier for any issues related to your shipment. If you received a product that is damaged upon arrival please send us an email with photos of the product and packaging to jane@easywellbeauty.com

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 - 20 business days. Pre-orders in 1 - 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Which means paying for fast shipping (Priority mail, FedEx) will not get your order shipped out faster.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us via email jane@easywellbeauty.com

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rates may change without notice.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.

 

NOTES:
1. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 8-10 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable for FedEx guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact FedEx .


All of our shipments include Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact FedEx in order to investigate this issue. We will not be responsible for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

We'll be able to file a missing mail claim only if you provide an official letter from FedEx that the package was not delivered or a police report showing that your package was stolen.

FedEx will not start a claim process if we will not be able to provide any supportive documentation.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us in 48 hours from delivery date to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

EASYWELLBEAUTY is NOT responsible for any customs fees incurred from imported goods. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused or undelivered due to incorrect / incomplete address, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products and tools.  

All of the  orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fee will not be applied to return orders if there was a mistake on our part .

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

All of the return orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the financial institution.

If you return items from your order that was placed with "Free shipping" option - the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

All of the return orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.

If you need to exchange a non-defective item(s), restocking fee will be applied.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jane@easywellbeauty.com and we will provide further information.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. 


Return Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so may want to add a signature confirmation to your return package.
